After payment has been received, the selected service will begin within 14 days. This period allows time for clarification and refinement of the brief prior to execution.

Once work has commenced, services will be delivered over the duration selected at checkout (1, 3, 6, or 12 months, as applicable).

For website development and design services, delivery timelines typically range between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the selected development path, project scope, and responsiveness during the feedback process.

Refunds & Cancellations

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. If you decide to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period, clearly stating your intention to cancel and the reason for requesting a refund.

If a valid cancellation request is received within 14 days and the service has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued.

Once the 14-day period has passed or the service has commenced, refunds will be issued at our sole discretion and may be subject to specific terms outlined in your service agreement.
